About ARES

Owner-managed, field-first, built for all oil and gas including heavy oil.

ARES Industrial Corp. serves all oil and gas producers including heavy oil, SAGD and oil sands across Western Canada with commercial and industrial construction, produced-water optimization and fluid handling — the work that decides whether a battery makes its numbers.

How we work

Heavy oil, SAGD and oil sands punish generalists. Paraffin, emulsion, sand, high water cuts and cold-weather handling create failure modes that light-oil practice does not prepare a crew for.

We keep the operating model deliberately flat. The person who scopes the job is accountable for it through execution and reporting, and the owner is reachable when a decision cannot wait for an office.

That structure is why our clients hand us multi-discipline scopes: fewer interfaces, fewer standby hours, one report.

What integrated means here

One scope, three disciplines

Construction Management, Fluid Optimization and NanoLynQ planned against a single schedule instead of three vendor calendars.

Measurement before spend

Baseline the system, then commit to a program — so results can be attributed and defended internally.

Chemistry we develop ourselves

Through NanoLynQ we work on the additive side of the problem rather than only reselling it.

Capability & credentials

What a vendor-management team needs to see.

Facility & shop

Shop capacity for fabrication, equipment readiness and staging between field jobs.

Equipment

Pressure and vacuum units, fluid transport, injection equipment and construction support gear.

Crews

Field crews ticketed for confined space, H2S, fall protection and ground disturbance.

Prequalification

Documentation prepared for vendor-management platforms and producer audit requirements.

Reporting

Job reporting and program data delivered in a form production engineering can use.

Safety & compliance

Prequalification-ready before the first job.

Producers cannot award work to a contractor who slows down their audit. Our program is built to clear vendor management on the first pass.

Safety program

Documented policies, hazard assessments, toolbox process and incident reporting held to producer standards.

Certifications

Crew tickets and program certification kept current and available for prequalification packages.

Insurance coverage

Liability and equipment coverage with certificates issued on request before mobilization.

Environmental procedures

Spill prevention, containment and waste handling procedures written for produced fluids.

Confined space

Trained and equipped for confined-space entry, rescue standby and atmospheric monitoring.

Emergency response

24/7 callout with defined escalation so a production-down call reaches a decision-maker immediately.

Service territory

Western Canada.

Short mobilization distances are an uptime feature. We crew and equip to work all oil and gas assets including heavy oil, SAGD and oil sands across Western Canada.
